Discussions about MH are most commonly associated with mental illness conditions like anxiety, mood, and schizophrenia disorders. However, everyone has a level of MH. Mental health is about understanding that we have a measurable level of mental wellness or strength rather than someone who has been diagnosed with a mental illness.
